UPS Ground Shipping on all orders delivered anywhere in the continental United States. Your packages are fully insured. There are no hidden charges or fees. Shipping with UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, or USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional charge
Sales Tax
You are not charged any sales tax unless your order is shipped to the state of California. Sales Tax is collected for all orders shipped to the state of California at a rate of 8.25 percent as mandated by state law. Shipping charges are not taxed. Order Processing

Returns are easy at GetAVE.com. Within 30 days of your purchase, you may return any items you purchased from GetAVE.com, for any reason, for a full refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns of: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after date of purchase. Any wire that is cut by the foot. Any product that is color-matched to your vehicle or vehicle's interior Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
To return an item, simply call us toll-free at 888.549.2695 and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number listed on the shipping label. AudioVision Electronics reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned blemished or with incomplete parts.
